I am penning this post in the dark after a cold and rainy day in May 2021. Year two of pandy life.

Earlier today I stumbled upon this live video recorded in 2012 on a Boston sidewalk by the band known as Lake Street Dive.

Perhaps it was the sunshine in the video on my own rainy day.

Or maybe the lack of social distancing.

Or that lipstick not hidden by a mask.

Most likely it was the stunning artistry.

Lake Street Dive can jive. And do.

Whoa.
